The Half-day Discover takes you deep into an ancient, mist-shrouded cloud forest before winding through sweeping tea valleys and lush strawberry farms. You will walk elevated wooden boardwalks, find about rare flora like pitcher plants and wild orchids, and enjoy fresh mountain air—all in a convenient half-day trip.

Itinerary Outline

• 08:00 AM – Hotel Pick-up: Driver-meets you at your hotel lobby.

• 08:30 AM – Mount Brinchang Viewpoint: Panoramic views over the central mountain range.

• 09:00 AM – Mossy Forest Boardwalk: Walking trail through mist-laden cloud forest vegetation.

• 10:30 AM – Tea Plantation & Cafe: Visit sweeping tea hills, scenic photo spots, and the local tea center.

• 11:30 AM – Strawberry Farm: Explore hydroponic strawberry rows and sample local treats.

• 12:00 PM – Hotel Drop-off: Return to your hotel or dropped off at Tanah Rata town center.

Important Notes for Visitors

• What to Wear/Bring: Comfortable walking shoes, jacket/sweatshirt (mornings can drop to 15°C–18°C), raincoat or poncho, and extra cash for entrance fees/snacks.

• Closing Days: Note that the BOH Tea Centre is closed on Mondays. Alternative scenic tea viewpoints will be provided if traveling on a Monday.

• Accessibility: The Mossy Forest features elevated wooden steps; it is suitable for most fitness levels but not wheelchair accessible.

Entrance fees (RM10 Adult / RM5 Child for Malaysians | RM30 Adult / RM15 Child for Non-Malaysians) are collected on-site by forestry rangers and are not included in the booking price.
